Support Available

At the moment, I provide an exclusively virtual service and do not offer face-to-face therapy sessions.

My Therapy

I offer virtual psychology sessions, each lasting 50 minutes.

I primarily support children, young people and their families as well as people of all ages who experience tinnitus, hyperacusis or misophonia.

My approach is grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative and systemic therapy, along with evidence-based parenting support programmes, such as the Solihull Approach and the Incredible Years Parenting Programme.

Wider Support and Liaison

I recognise that difficulties do not exist in isolation. I am open to working collaboratively with the wider network of people involved in a child or young person’s life to ensure they receive consistent and holistic support from all parties.

Once a therapeutic relationship has been established, and if parents find it beneficial, I can liaise with schools or nurseries by attending meetings or providing letters and detailed reports to help facilitate a comprehensive approach to the child’s wellbeing.
